We are a luxury Pilates studio rooted in classical foundations and elevated through a contemporary lens. Every detail, from the way we move to the way we teach, is thoughtfully designed. We don’t follow the standard — we are the standard.

Our approach to movement is intelligent, deliberate, and deeply effective. Classes at BARE are full-body flows, carefully curated by each instructor to challenge both the body and the mind. No two classes feel the same, yet every class meets the same uncompromising level of excellence. Movement here is purposeful, precise, and layered — designed to build strength, control, mobility, and awareness.

Each member begins their journey with a personal assessment, allowing us to understand individual fitness levels, health history, and specific body concerns. From there, we help create a plan that supports progress, longevity, and results — ensuring every client is moving intelligently and safely while continuing to evolve.

BARE Studio is more than movement. We are a fully integrated wellness space. Members will have access to additional services including an on-site BARE Studio nutritionist offering personalized nutrition plans to optimize results, scheduled IV therapy, and other wellness offerings designed to support recovery, balance, and performance.

Our class offerings reflect our philosophy of strength with intention. These include Reformer Pilates, Reformer with weight-lifting fusion, Chair Pilates, Mat Pilates, and our signature class — FlashDance — a high-energy, method-driven experience that blends Pilates precision with dynamic movement.
